This cybertour is filled with valuable lessons and resources gained during the implementation of various eBook lending systems, including 3M Cloud, Axis 360 and OverDrive. Our speaker shares how the library developed collections, and provided tools to patrons and staff for training—including eBook Academy. Useful and practical tips and tricks for eBook awareness in libraries are highlighted as well as the use of social media to promote their eBook services.
