Nykol Eystad earned her MLIS at the University of Pittsburgh. Starting as a reference and instruction librarian at Alabama State University she worked her way up to the subject liaison for the business school. She has been at Walden University for nine years, starting as a liaison to the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences before moving into the position of Outreach and Liaison manager.
