Born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Working as the only military librarian in the state trying to create regional military library network and community of active users that are seeing library as source of useful knowledge for their work. At his final year of PhD studies in information and communication sciences at Zagreb University.

Apart from this I am leading an effort of bridging the digital divide for the blind and visually impaired people through a project titled "Reading for Ubuntu". Open-source enthusiast and constantly finding ways of better delivery and organization of information in all elements of the society. I consult and implement different digitization projects in libraries, archives and museums in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I teach information literacy to goverment emplyees, NGO volunteers and everyone else wishing to acquire or impreove their skills.

Recepient of Kemal Bakarsic 2011 award for success in PhD studies and promotion of library science in practice.
