Ken Roberts

Ken Roberts Library Consulting

Ken Roberts was the Chief Librarian of the Hamilton Public Library in Canada, retiring in 2012. He recently received the Canadian Library Association's Outstanding Service to Librarianship Award, the Ontario Public Library Association's Lifetime Achievement Award and was named to McMaster University's Alumnae Gallery. He is also the recipient, along with Ken Haycock, of the 2015 Ontario Library Association's Larry Moore Award for Distinguished Service. Ken is a member of the Royal Society of Canada's Expert Panel on the Future of Canada's Libraries and Archives.Ken has a strong IT background and was seconded to unify the IT systems of six amalgamating municipalities in Ontario.
