Pamela is an informational specialist, a certified teacher, and a Google for Education Certified Trainer. She specializes in research and education. She has gained extensive knowledge by presenting in a variety of breakout sessions, workshops, and other professional development duties in several conferences including the Illinois Summit for Google Education (2014), Illinois Computing Educators Conference (2014-2016).  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Design from University of Illinois at Chicago and a Masters of Library and Information Science at Dominican University.  She also has excellent skills in project management, education, data analysis, team leading, training, system analysis, project planning, budgets, and logistics which allows her to be a well-executed library leader.
