Mark Schwartz has written for advertising agencies, managed new and used bookstores, taught creative writing and media studies, and has worked as a communications officer for libraries, both public, federal, and academic, for over 20 years. He has supported the communication strategies of the Chief Knowledge Officer at NASA and currently serves as a senior writer and editor for the Library of Congress. His work has appeared in Public Libraries Magazine, Natural Solutions, and dozens of ABC-CLIO publications. Diplomas for an MA in English and an MFA in Creative Writing hang in his dog’s favorite room to sleep.
