Lucrea Dayrit is a Senior Librarian at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. She is the Editor of the Bank's "What's News", a daily curated newsletter of top headlines. One of her roles as a reference librarian is on community engagement. An active member of the Special Libraries Association, and led the Kansas Western Missouri Chapter. She was the Chair of the SLA's Membership Advisory Council.  

Lucrea mentors library science and information management students. She received her MLS from the Emporia State University and Certificate in Digital Libraries from the Syracuse University.
