Marina T. Aiello, MLIS, is the Kaiser Permanente Libraries NCAL Technology and Instructional Design Lead. Before taking on this role, she also worked as the Manager of Library Services at various locations across Kaiser. Her professional interests include library leadership, emerging technologies, and instructional design. Marina has received awards and scholarships from various organizations, including: the Association of Research Libraries (ARL), the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), and the National Library of Medicine (NLM).
