Picture of Christa Werle

Christa Werle has served public libraries in a range of public service, technical, communications, and supervisory positions during her 20-year career as a librarian.  Christa works to bring idea management, project management, change management and outcomes-based evaluation to programs and services offered by public libraries and other socially responsible organizations.  With a social return on investment model in mind, Christa believes that service organizations of the future while knowing their intrinsic value, should be able to prove it with data.  As a mother of 11 and 13-year-old girls, two kittens & a tortoise she keeps learning how to accept and facilitate change from everyday life.
