Tara Radniecki is the head of the DeLaMare Science & Engineering Library of the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). She pushes the traditional boundaries of academic libraries by facilitating a patron-centered framework in the library through resources, services, and programming. In addition to its STEM and map-based collections, the DeLaMare Library contributes to campus research and learning via its innovative Data & GIS Services and Makerspace.
