Theresa Dillon is the Team Lead of InfoDesk Services at the MITRE Corporation, a Federally-Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). She is committed to bringing in new users via innovative technologies such as virtual reality, robotics, and 3D printing. Prior to managing the frontline information desk, Theresa worked at MITRE as Lead Information Analyst in embedded teams serving as researcher, analyst and writer. She received her Master of Science in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her undergraduate degree from Tufts University.
