Picture of Rebecca JonesDirector of LLEAD (Library Leadership - Excelling, Authentic & Diverse), Rebecca is responsible for the only 6-month intensive program designed for those working in all types of libraries or information management organizations.  With its distinctive practical, research-based curriculum, LLEAD blends virtual and in-person learning. Rebecca was co-founder and Partner with Dysart & Jones Associates for  30+ years, completing planning and organizational development projects with more than 100 academic, public, government and corporate libraries and information service organizations. She was previously Director of Branch & Neighbourhood Services with Brampton Library; Director, Professsional Learning at University of Toronto's iSchool;  and Manager of Information Resources, Archives and IT Training at Imperial Oil Ltd.
