Heather Westerlund is an Associate Director at Walden University Library where she provides strategic direction and technical expertise for library systems, collections, and operations. She is dedicated to creating gratifying library research experiences though data analysis, user research, and UX principles. She is also passionate about making the work lives of librarians easier through knowledge management and efficient workflows so that they can focus more on serving patrons.
