Internet Librarian 2020 is Going Virtual!

Due to the current health crisis, Information Today, Inc., the organizer of the Internet Librarian conference, has made the difficult decision that it is no longer possible to hold the live, in-person event that was scheduled for October 20 - 22 at the Monterey Marriott in Monterey, CA. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate through these very unusual circumstances to determine our best path forward.

We are excited to announce Computers in Libraries & Internet Librarian Connect 2020, a week-long virtual event that will run from September 21 - 25. Program, registration, and sponsorship information will be available in late-July.

After 34 years of hosting a successful annual event, our 35th Computers in Libraries is going virtual along with Internet Librarian. We have combined our planned programs around the themes Generation Next: Preparing for New Technologies and Futurizing: People, Technology & Communities which focus on exciting library programs and services that have taken place and that are being planned for the future by using new technology and building community partnerships. We will also celebrate the 40th anniversary of the magazine, Computers in Libraries. There will be lots of networking opportunities as well interactions, discussions and chat with speakers, suppliers, and colleagues.

This is the leading technology & internet event for libraries and information managers worldwide featuring the best thinking and practices from innovative and experienced speakers. We're looking forward to seeing you online as we continue to bring our community of library and information professionals a unique, annual opportunity to gather, learn, and discuss the myriad of ways technology continues to impact libraries and the people who use them.

We are also pleased to announce the dates for Internet Librarian 2021 which will take place October 26 - 28, 2021 at the Monterey Marriott in Monterey, CA. Mark your calendar!
