In her private practice, she guides leaders and teams on customized leadership development journeys so they get the exact results they want and need. She also works as a coach and facilitator for the boutique leadership firm SGR Partners, based in San Francisco. Andrea previously worked as a library leader for 12 years in British Columbia.
