Group Discount Program

Organizations sending more than one registrant can benefit greatly from our group discount program. Register before the early-bird deadline and receive the following rates for your group:

Please note that group discounts are not available for daily passes or preconference workshops except as part of the Gold Pass. We are also unable to apply discounts to existing registrations.

Many networks and regional library cooperatives are offering special discount rates. Contact your network director for further details.

Are You a K-12 Librarian?

K-12 librarians are eligible for a discounted 3-Day Pass. Please contact our registrar, Joan Weiss, at jweiss@infotoday.com for details and your Discount Code BEFORE registering.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds Policy

Worry-Free Registration Through September 1st

Registration cancellations received on or before September 1, 2022 will receive a full refund with no fees. Registration cancellations received between September 2 and September 23, 2022, are subject to a $50 administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. After September 23, no refunds will be issued.

Travel and Hotel

Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted room rates have been arranged at the Monterey Marriott. Please see the Venue page for more information.
