Laurel Eby is the Web Services Librarian at San José State’s Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library. She received her MLIS from San José State University and her undergraduate degree at the University of California at Davis. She is interested in how data analysis and data visualization can be used to highlight strengths and weaknesses in library services and resources in order to make informed decisions to support student success.
