Virginia Trow is the Program Manager for the North Country Hospital Library Service based at Samaritan Medical Center. The program serves eight community hospitals in northern New York.  She earned a BA and MLS from the University of Chicago, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and an MS Ed from SUNY Potsdam. A career software marketing professional, Virginia worked for a number of internet startups and Fortune 500 companies in the tech industry in addition to managing both public and academic libraries.
